Three lacross players earn post-season accolades, including Conference Player of the Year

 

The lacrosse team had three student-athletes earn post-season accolades in the Conference and Region.

Paul Bennett (Glens Falls/Glens Falls) earned Second-Team All-Region at the midfield position. A sophomore out of Glens Falls, Bennett led the Vikings with 28 points, recording 20 goals and eight assists.

Sophomore goalie Andrew Reilly (Bethlehem/Bethlehem) earned Mountain Valley Conference Player of the Year. Reilly played all 540 minutes of Viking action in goal, ranking fifth in the Nation with a 64.2 save percentage and sixth in the Nation with 203 saves.

Sophomore Joe Moore (Schenectady/Schenectady) was an anchor as a defensive middie all season and earned All-Conference honors at the position.

The men finished the season with a 4-5 overall record.
